150gms of Sugar

180gms of butter
·
3 Eggs
·
1.5 TSP Vanilla extract

¼ tsp salt

3 tbsp milk

1 tsp baking powder
Method to Prepare Pound Cake
·
First of all, grease a 9*5*3 inch loaf tin
and line it with parchment
·
Later, preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius
for 10 minutes
·
Next, add flour, salt and baking powder
and stir it for a perfect mix
·
Take a bowl of cream butter and sugar and
mix it till it becomes fluffy
·
Next, mix the vanilla extract and eggs at
a time and stir the preparation until a perfect mixture is created
·
Beat it till a creamy formation reached
·
Add milk further and again beat the mixture
·
Mix in the sifted flour and mix till all
well incorporated
·
Next, pour it in the prepared loaf pan
and bake for at least 55 to 60 minutes
If
you are using salted butter, then avoid adding salt further. Pound cake usually
takes 50 to 60 minutes to bake depending on the temperature of every oven.
